1. Delivery Coverage

  • Marivelle Home ships to a wide range of international destinations, including:

    Southeast Asia, United Kingdom, United States, and most parts of Europe.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Made-to-order products: ~ 20–25 business days for production.

  • Shipping & Delivery: ~ 8-10 weeks (varies by destination, customs clearance, and other external factors).

  • Once your order is ready for dispatch, you’ll get a shipping notification with tracking info or coordination details.

  • Estimated windows are not guaranteed; delays can occur due to vessel schedules, port congestion, customs, etc.

  • No cancellations or refunds due to production/shipping delays once production begins or the item is dispatched.

  • Import duties, taxes, and fees (if charged by customs) are not included and are the customer’s responsibility. 

 

 

3. Delivery Method

  • Orders are delivered via third-party logistics providers.

  • Standard delivery is ground-level or curbside drop-off.

  • In some locations, building access limitations may apply.

  • Ensure address accessibility and someone present during delivery; redelivery fees may apply if missed. 

 

 

4. Order Tracking

  • You’ll be notified by email when your item has shipped.

  • Tracking may be provided through the logistics partner or coordinated manually by the Marivelle Home's team.

5. Packaging & Assembly

  • Products are securely packaged for international shipping.

  • Assembly instructions are included where applicable.

  • Some items may need simple assembly upon arrival.

  • Keep original packaging if you plan to return the product — returns usually require the original packaging. 

 

 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

  • If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify Marivelle Home within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the issue.

  • Marivelle Home will then assess and help arrange a suitable resolution.
