Marivelle Home – Purchase & Cancellation Policy

1. Pre-Production Cancellation

You may request cancellation within 24 hours after payment — only if your order has not yet entered production. 

• Production may begin quickly after payment, and once it has started, cancellations are generally not allowed. 

  
  

2. Order Payments & Deposit Terms

• Many products require a deposit at checkout, with the remaining balance due before shipment. 
• The deposit is strictly non-refundable once paid.

3. After Production Begins

• No cancellations or refunds are available once the item has entered production. 

• No returns/refunds for production or shipping delays after production starts or once the item has shipped. 

  
  

4. Return / Refund Window (If Product Was Delivered)

• You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, but a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. 
  
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility (not covered).
