Marivelle Home — Refund & Return Policy



1. Return Window

  • You may return your order within 30 days of delivery if you are not fully satisfied.



2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and securely packaged in the original wrapping and carton.
  • Once your return is received and inspected at the warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.



3. Cancellation & Refund Processing Policy

Pre-Production Cancellation Window

  • Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of successful payment, only if production has not yet commenced.
  • Once the order enters production — which may begin immediately or within a short timeframe — cancellations and refunds will no longer be possible. Approval of any pre-production cancellation is subject to confirmation by Marivelle Home.

Full Payment Policy

  • At Marivelle Home, all our furniture is made-to-order and produced specifically according to each customer’s confirmed specifications.
  • Once full payment has been received and production has commenced, the order is considered final. At this stage, refunds, cancellations, or order changes cannot be processed, as materials and production resources have already been allocated to your order.
  • We kindly encourage customers to review all product details, dimensions, materials, and finishes carefully before completing their purchase. 50% Deposit & Balance Payment Policy

Deposit

  • To secure production, Marivelle Home requires a 50% upfront deposit at the time of order confirmation.
  • The 50% deposit confirms your order and allows us to allocate materials, craftsmanship, and production scheduling specifically for your piece.
  • All deposits are strictly non-refundable, as production resources are reserved immediately upon payment.

 

Remaining 50% Balance

  • The remaining 50% balance must be fully settled prior to shipment.
  • Once production is completed, customers will be notified and provided with a balance payment request. Shipment will only be arranged after the outstanding balance has been received in full.

 

Non-Payment of Balance

If the remaining balance is not paid within the specified payment period:

  • Production will not proceed to shipment

  • Storage fees may apply if applicable

  • The order may be considered forfeited

  • The initial 50% deposit will not be refunded

As all items are custom-made, we are unable to resell bespoke pieces produced to individual specifications.




4. Fees & Costs
  • 20% restocking fee applies on all returns (deducted from the refund).
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • Customers are recommended to use tracked shipping for returns —Marivelle Home is not responsible for items lost in transit.

 

5. Non-Returnable Situations
  • Items that have been assembled, used, damaged, or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return.
  • Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive defective.
