Marivelle Home Warranty Policy

 

1) Coverage Period

All sofas purchased directly from www.marivellehome.com or through authorised distributors are covered under these warranty periods:

  • Frame and structure: 3 years

  • Foam and cushions: 2 years

  • Motor system (for extendable sofa models): 10 years

    This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.  

 

 

2) What’s Covered

The warranty includes structural or functional issues due to manufacturing defects, such as:

 

  • Internal frame or joint failures

  • Malfunctioning motors, recliner, or extension mechanisms

  • Stitching issues or fabric separation caused by manufacturing errors

  • Cushion or foam deformation not from normal wear

  • Hardware or mechanism defects due to workmanship

 

If a defect occurs within the warranty period, Marivelle Home will repair or replace the affected part free of charge, with replacement parts shipped from their factory. Remote assistance or video guidance for installation may be provided.  

 

 

3) What’s Not Covered

Warranty does not cover:

 

  • Normal wear and tear, fabric pilling, or colour fading over time

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, improper cleaning, or moving

  • Electrical issues from power surges or unstable voltage

  • Damage from third-party assembly or unauthorized repairs

  • Natural changes in texture, colour, or softness from normal usage

 

Note: Variations in fabric, leather texture, or wood grain are considered natural material characteristics and are not defects.  

 

 

4) Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, contact the after-sales support team at: Marivellehome@gmail.com

Include:

 

  1. Order number

  2. Short description of the issue

  3. Clear photos or a short video of the problem

 

Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days, and a resolution plan will be provided.  

 

5) After-Warranty Support

Even after the warranty expires, Marivelle Home offers lifetime product support. Replacement parts can be purchased at cost, and guidance for repair or installation will be provided when possible. 

 

6) Limitations

  • Warranty applies only to products purchased from www.marivellehome.com or official distributors.

  • Warranty is non-transferable and valid for the original purchaser only.

  • Shipping costs for returns, replacements, or repairs may vary by region and will be communicated beforehand.
