We took a chance and ordered the sofa on good faith, and I have to say it was an absolute hit!! We haven't regretted it for a second... It is extremely comfortable, with a fantastic, cozy fabric cover, no bad smell, and the electronic mechanism works wonderfully and very quietly... We found this sofa through an instagram ad and despite the small number of reviews fell in love and decided to buy it. We waited about 3.5 months for the delivery to the UK as it was made to order, and all durations of production and delivery were exactly as promised. During that time the customer service was excellent and really responsive - as they were with our questions before buying. The sofa arrived in 3 parts, very carefully packaged. Everything looks perfect and exactly as we were hoping, it is really comfortable, feels like very good quality, the fabric is soft, the 3 parts and electric mechanism were very easy to put together. Overall a really fantastic sofa and great support throughout the process.
We ordered from ready stock, and received the couch within 28 days. The 3 sections were extremely well packed, in individual wooden crates delivered at the same time. Inside the crates, there were multiple protective layers of packing (bubble wrap/foam wrap, cardboard, and woven plastic covers), which ensured the chenille remained unharmed. After assembly, the couch was extremely sturdy, immediately comfortable, and handily seated both my husband and myself (each over 200lbs) and did not strain, groan, or otherwise when extending or retracting each section. Im absolutely elated at the experience, with multiple questions during transit being answered within a day (even on weekends!). I was worried this was a risk, but am so grateful that every step was beyond my expectations. I will be purchasing from the team at marivelle again because of their attentiveness to customer service and prompt communication, as well as high quality product.
Waited 3 months and it was 100% worth it. Great quality, very comfortable, and the team was responsive the entire time. If you’re unsure about ordering — just do it. You won’t regret it.
Decided to take the plunge and order one of these and get it shipped to Australia. Comms were really clearly the whole time and shipping went very smoothly. We absolutely love the lounge and highly recommended it.

I was quite worried purchasing a sofa online, but so glad the sofa turned out to be pretty amazing. Honestly great quality, the flippable backrest with cup holders and a charging port was truly clever, it’s basically a coffee table. The cushions are soft and supportive. We bought the swatch samples and picked this white chenille, love love love the outcome.
Midnight scrolling led me to this great sofa!
Oh my, my wife has never been so happy! It’s so crazy how a simple thing like this lights up the home & make it cosier. Also, the mechanical element of this sofa is outstanding!
